Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for all processing.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, accessories, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for the full value of the goods.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for condition and completeness, we will issue a refund or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
